개인정보 처리방침

글랑이 한글놀이(이하 ‘글랑이’, 운영자 김대건)는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 관련 문의와 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다.
한눈에 보기
- 계정 없이도 놀 수 있어요. 놀이 기록은 쓰는 기기에만 남고 서버로 보내지 않아요.
- 계정을 만들면 아이디와, 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 비밀번호·복구 번호만 저장해요. 이메일·전화번호·이름은 받지 않아요.
- 광고나 판매에 개인정보를 쓰지 않고, 다른 곳에 팔거나 넘기지 않아요.

놀이 기록, 고른 언어, 소리 설정은 쓰는 기기(브라우저 저장소)에만 저장하고 서버로 보내지 않아요. 홈의 ‘기록 지우기’나 브라우저 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있어요.
2. 만 14세 미만 아동
계정은 만 14세 이상(어른 또는 보호자)만 만들 수 있고, 가입 화면에서 확인해요(확인했다는 사실은 따로 저장하지 않아요). 아이는 계정 없이 놀거나 보호자 계정으로 놀아요. 아이에게서 직접 개인정보를 받지 않아요.
3. 개인정보의 파기
앱의 ‘우리 계정 → 계정 삭제’를 누르면 서버의 계정, 로그인 정보, 알림 주소를 바로 지워요. 보관 기간이 끝난 정보는 자동으로 지워요. 지운 정보는 되살릴 수 없어요.
4. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 다른 곳에 제공하지 않아요. 다만 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 법에 따라 요청하는 경우는 예외예요.
5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
글랑이는 직접 서버를 두지 않고 아래 회사의 서비스를 써요. 이 과정에서 개인정보가 해외 회사로 전송돼요(가입·로그인·알림을 켤 때 인터넷으로 전송).

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 계정을 만들지 않거나 알림을 켜지 않고 쓸 수 있어요. 이때는 로그인 없이 열리는 수업(기차·나비·두더지)만 놀 수 있어요.
수업 영상은 유튜브(Google)의 ‘개인정보 보호 강화 모드’(youtube-nocookie.com)로 보여 줘요. 영상을 재생하면 Google이 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있어요.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자기 개인정보를 보거나, 고치거나, 지우거나, 처리를 멈춰 달라고 요구할 수 있어요.
- 앱에서 바로: 계정 삭제, 알림 끄기, 비밀번호 다시 설정, 로그아웃
- 그 밖의 요청: 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 보내 주세요. 받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리하거나 답해요. 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있어요.
7. 쿠키
로그인을 유지하는 쿠키 하나(‘glang_session’, 계정 기능 주소에서만 쓰임, 최대 30일)만 써요. 광고·추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않아요. 브라우저에서 쿠키를 막으면 로그인을 할 수 없지만, 계정 없이 놀기는 할 수 있어요.
8. 안전하게 지키는 방법
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)해요.
- 비밀번호·복구 번호의 원래 값은 받지 않고, 알아볼 수 없게 바꾼 값만 저장해요.
- 로그인·복구 번호 시도 횟수를 제한하고, 다른 사이트가 몰래 보내는 요청을 막아요.
- 저장소에는 운영자만 접근할 수 있어요.

Glangi Hangul Play (“Glangi”, operated by Kim Daegun) has this privacy policy to protect your personal information under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and to handle questions and complaints quickly. The Korean version is the official one; this is a translation.
At a glance
- You can play without an account. Play records stay on your device and are never sent to our server.
- If you create an account, we keep only your ID and a scrambled form of your password and recovery number. We do not ask for an email, phone number or name.
- We do not use personal information for ads, and we never sell or hand it over to others.

Play records, your chosen language and sound settings are stored only on your device (browser storage) and are not sent to our server. You can erase them with “Clear records” on the home screen or by clearing your browser data.
2. Children under 14
Only people aged 14 or older (adults or parents) can create an account; the sign-up screen asks you to confirm this (we do not store the confirmation). Children play without an account or with a parent’s account. We do not collect personal information directly from children.
3. Deletion
Tapping “My account → Delete account” in the app immediately deletes your account, login data and notification addresses from our server. Information whose retention period has ended is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to others, except where a law specifically requires it or an investigative authority requests it under the law.
5. Service providers and transfers abroad
Glangi has no servers of its own and uses the services below. Personal information is therefore sent to companies abroad over the internet when you sign up, log in or turn on notifications.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can use Glangi without an account or without notifications. In that case only the lessons that open without logging in (기차, 나비, 두더지) are available.
Lesson videos are shown with YouTube’s (Google’s) privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play a video, Google may process information under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing.
- Right in the app: delete account, turn off notifications, reset password, log out
- Anything else: email the privacy officer below. We will act or reply within 10 days of receiving your request. You can also ask through a representative.
7. Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in (“glang_session”, used only by the account functions, up to 30 days). We use no advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies, you cannot log in, but you can still play without an account.
8. How we keep it safe
- All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- We never receive your original password or recovery number, only scrambled forms.
- We limit login and recovery attempts and block requests forged by other sites.
- Only the operator can access the storage.

グランイ ハングル遊び（以下「グランイ」、運営者 キム・デゴン）は、韓国の「個人情報保護法」に基づき利用者の個人情報を守り、お問い合わせや苦情に速やかに対応するため、次のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。正式な文書は韓国語版で、この日本語版は翻訳です。

- アカウントがなくても遊べます。遊びの記録はお使いの端末にだけ残り、サーバーには送りません。

遊びの記録、選んだ言語、音の設定はお使いの端末（ブラウザの保存領域）にだけ保存し、サーバーには送りません。ホームの「記録を消す」やブラウザのデータ削除で消せます。
2. 14歳未満のお子さま
アカウントは14歳以上（大人または保護者）の方だけが作れます。登録画面で確認します（確認したこと自体は保存しません）。お子さまはアカウントなしで、または保護者のアカウントで遊びます。お子さまから直接個人情報をお預かりすることはありません。
3. 個人情報の削除
アプリの「マイアカウント → アカウント削除」を押すと、サーバーのアカウント・ログイン情報・通知アドレスをすぐに削除します。保存期間が終わった情報は自動で削除し、元に戻すことはできません。
4. 第三者への提供
個人情報を他者に提供することはありません。ただし、法律に特別な定めがある場合や、捜査機関から法律に基づく要請があった場合を除きます。
5. 業務の委託と国外への移転
グランイは自前のサーバーを持たず、以下の会社のサービスを利用しています。そのため、登録・ログイン・通知をオンにするときに、インターネットを通じて個人情報が海外の会社に送られます。

海外への移転を望まない場合は、アカウントを作らずに、または通知をオンにせずにご利用いただけます。その場合はログインなしで開くレッスン（기차・나비・두더지）だけで遊べます。
レッスンの動画は、YouTube（Google）の「プライバシー強化モード」（youtube-nocookie.com）で表示します。動画を再生すると、Googleが自社のプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱うことがあります。
6. 利用者の権利
利用者はいつでも、ご自身の個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・取り扱いの停止を求めることができます。
- アプリですぐにできること：アカウント削除、通知オフ、パスワード再設定、ログアウト
- そのほかのご依頼：下記の個人情報保護責任者にメールでお送りください。受け取った日から10日以内に対応またはご返信します。代理人を通じてのご依頼もできます。
7. クッキー
ログインを保つためのクッキーを1つだけ使います（「glang_session」、アカウント機能でのみ使用、最長30日）。広告・追跡用のクッキーは使いません。ブラウザでクッキーを拒否するとログインできませんが、アカウントなしで遊ぶことはできます。
8. 安全を守るための対策
- すべての通信を暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
- パスワード・復旧番号の元の値は受け取らず、読み取れない形だけを保存します。
- ログイン・復旧番号の試行回数を制限し、他サイトからの不正なリクエストを防ぎます。
- 保存領域にアクセスできるのは運営者だけです。
